(I don't know if the order was manually saved after the import, or if they are restored correctly when you export and save the dot file) 2) When you add a new node, or a relationship, it's not in the correct place, so that when you go to the nodes' properties you can find the new node/relationship along with the other nodes of the same layer, but they are listed in a different, new node. 3) When exporting a dot file, you can't get the nodes order back. It's a shame because everything else is working fine. Note: after installing the last updates I got to the same point where I started, because the exported dot file was corrupted and I had to re-import it.
